As they continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team!

The ideal Accounting Specialist will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Accounting Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
