Our Client is a leading cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to providing innovative trading solutions and exceptional service to our institutional clients. They are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the institutional market.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success in institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new institutional clients, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand product offerings, and increase market share.
4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including trading, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance or Business or related discipline
• Min 2-3 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industries.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trends, products, and regulatory developments.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and inform sales strategies.
• Excellent Communications Skills, preferably in both Mandarin and English
