Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The majority of your time will be spent on-site, with some room for home office work with manager approval, once training is complete. What You'll Bring:

• Board Certification (BCBA) : This is a requirement for the position.
• Behavioral Analysis Expertise : Bring your strong understanding and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis , including conducting functional analyses, assessments, and implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
• Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Teamwork, Collaboration, and Relationship Building : You’ll work effectively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and professional service providers to create integrated intervention solutions within IEPs and ISPs.
• Supervision & Training : You’ll provide supervision, mentoring, and encouragement to RBTs and other staff, while employing effective training on behavior intervention approaches.
• Regulatory Knowledge : HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards for compliance.
