**Roles and responsibilities:**
As a natural go-getter, you're born to outrun the competition and get results.
1. **Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content** (text, graphics, photos, and videos) across social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns to promote the Erisys digital spaces and brand. This includes producing and curating content that connects with a wide array of potential clients and partners.
2. **Plan and execute promotional strategies** to grow our content library and brand expansion. Your work will raise Erisys's visibility and attract viewers across a wide range of personal interests, and ensure effective marketing outcomes.
3. **Analyse campaign data and provide reports**, offering insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. You will optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure Erisys effectively connects with its target audience and drives sales.
4. **Connect with our engineering team and management** to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and ensure messaging reflects both client needs and market demands.
5. **Ensure consistency of brand positioning and compliance** across all marketing channels. As Erisys continues to grow, you will protect and strengthen our brand identity, ensuring all visibility and communication remain unified, professional, and aligned with our values.
**Skills and Experience:**

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital content creation or marketing.
2. Proven expertise in running targeted campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing.
3. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven expertise with working with Software Engineers and Digital Artists to help them build brands and create inbound lead generation strategies.
**Pay:**
* Full-time, 100% Remote
* DOE, $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD per year -- $70/hr USD, $1 USD per word on written assignments

**Qualifications:**
* **Experience: **Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
