Primary Care Physician (ABFM) -Locums Location: FosterCity , CA Compensation: + Weekly Pay: Competitive - 1099 Contract StartDate: + ASAP Credentialing: + 10-12 days InterviewTimeline: + Interview within 48 hours of submission Duration: + Through October 31, 2025, with potential for extension Schedule: + Monday-Friday : 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PatientVolume: + 7-10 patients per day CertificationsRequired: + BLS + DEA + Board Certification (ABFM) + CA Dispensing License + CA State Medical License ExperienceRequired: + Minimum 2 years in Primary Care Travel& Lodging: + Mileage and lodging reimbursed (pass-through) ?? Employee Health Clinical Duties: Inaddition to primary care, the provider will support Employee Health Services,including: + Conducting pre-employment physicals and annual health assessments + Administering and interpreting TB tests, vaccinations, and immunization reviews + Managing work-related injuries and coordinating return-to-work evaluations + Performing fit-for-duty assessments and occupational health screenings + Monitoring and documenting exposure incidents (e.g., needlesticks, infectious disease) + Collaborating with HR and Safety teams on health and wellness initiatives + Ensuring compliance with OSHA, CDC, and state health regulations + Maintaining accurate and confidential employee health records in the EMR system + Contactloclay@amergis.com or 972.729.2578
