Details- Full-time and permanent- Shift: Varied- Opportunities for growth- Full, comprehensive benefits package (PTO, health insurance, life insurance, 401k, etc) Job Summary- The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide quality health care and treatment to patients. Health care includes: health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patient"s primary care provider. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will practice medicine within the scope of their licensure and if applicable, under the Supervision of a Physician. Requirements- Graduation from a NLN accredited Nurse Practitioner program, MSN preferred. Certification by an approved organization according to the Maine State Board of Nursing. Current Maine State Licensure.- OR Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant"s program. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
