The Food Runner/Polisher is responsible for delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate guest in the dining room, following traffic patterns and the etiquette. They will know all of the dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer any questions from the guests. And they will help on the floor with clearing tables, polishing silverware, delivering drinks, etc. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. This is a great learning opportunity for those looking to grow within the restaurant industry.
