Job Description

Cloudli is seeking a motivated and technically curious Entry-Level Sales Engineer to support our presales, training, and onboarding initiatives across our UCaaS, fax, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical implementation, helping partners and clients understand, adopt, and succeed with our offerings.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for technology and customer success. Fluency in French is a significant asset, particularly for supporting partners and clients in Quebec and other French-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales Support

• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver product demos and technical presentations
• Assist in crafting solution proposals tailored to client needs
• Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
• Training & Enablement
• Deliver onboarding sessions and product training to partners and customers
• Create and maintain training materials, FAQs, and quick-start guides
• Support partner enablement programs with localized content when needed
• Onboarding & Implementation
• Guide new customers through initial setup and configuration
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to support troubleshoot basic setup issues and escalate complex cases appropriately

General Duties:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UCaaS, fax, and MSP technologies and trends
• Document customer feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions
• Participate in internal training and certification programs
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with technical insights

Required Qualifications:

• College Degree with technical/engineering major
• Experience in trouble shooting technical scenarios
• Ucaas/MSP/Telecom background
• Great communication skills
• Presentation experience
• Ability to travel to US/Canada

Preferred:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• Translate technical documentation and training materials into Quebec French
• Deliver bilingual presentations and onboarding sessions
• Provide localized support to French-speaking partners and clients
