The Product team at Airwallex is a group of passionate builders and problem-solvers who are obsessed with crafting customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. We combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our customers' needs to design and build unified, intuitive, and scalable products. This role can be based out of Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Melbourne or Sydney, with a preference for Singapore.
We are looking for candidates who can join us for a minimum of 3 months in a full-time model, or can work in a part-time model for 3 or more days / week for a minimum duration of 6 months.
Define Airwallex’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure that our product can handle increased user adoption, usage, and complexity while maintaining its core value proposition.
Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape
Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback
Depending on your background and expertise, you could be working in a variety of domains

2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting functions or the tech industry
Experience in driving product-led growth initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
Drive, grit, and persistence are necessary to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time
Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional team
