This is a remote position.
As a Remote Vacation Consultant, you’ll work with clients to plan and book vacations that fit their dreams and budget. From weekend getaways to extended adventures, you’ll make travel stress-free and exciting.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one vacation consultations
Research destinations, resorts, and excursions
Plan vacation itineraries
Offer package options that meet client preferences
Manage bookings and travel documentation
Keep clients informed on travel updates and requirements
Participate and lead marketing activities
Stay abreast of travel industry news and developments
Remain well versed in supplier offerings and training curriculum
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Australia
Excellent communication and listening skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
Passion for travel and learning about new places
Reliable internet and home-office setup
Detail-oriented and adaptable
Comfortable working independently and reaching out to mentor for assistance
